Partnerships

We know what we're good at. We're honest about what we're not.

We could try to build every specialism in-house — support work, employment coaching, mental health liaison, life-skills training — and do all of it adequately. Instead, we identify the organisations already doing each of those things brilliantly, and build formal partnerships with them. Our job is capital, property, governance and coordination. Theirs is deep, specialist delivery expertise.

Our strategic delivery partner

Project Accountability CIC

A formal, contracted partnership providing genuine, practical front-line support experience — the kind that comes from having actually done the work, not from a policy document. Their reach: over 300 people supported last year alone.

We didn't build this expertise ourselves and then look for a partner to validate it. We found the organisation already delivering it well, and built our model around working alongside them.

Why this matters for referral partners: when you refer someone to us, you're not getting a landlord with a support contract bolted on. You're getting a housing provider working in genuine partnership with people who do support work for a living.

Named infrastructure, not generic “job support”

Whatever the referral route, meaningful work is one of the strongest single predictors of someone going on to live independently. Our employment offer runs through real, established bodies.
